What are some healthy things to drink other than soda?!

Question: What are some healthy things to drink other than soda?
I know water is the most basic, but I'm looking for drinks that have a taste to them, that I could reach for instead of soda when I'm craving a sweet or even bubbly drink.

Answers:

you could try and put lemon or lime juice in your water.

I recently went through the same crisis. I wanted to cut down on soda, but still needed the fizzy feeling. Buy a favorite juice (I use cranberry juice because that is my favorite) and mix it with club soda. Club soda tastes horrible by itself, but when mixed with a juice tastes amazing :). I usually put in more juice then club soda, but depending how fizzy you like the drink you can decide. This is a pretty cheap, tasty, and healthy way to get rid of the urge of soda. Hope this helps :)

Use club soda alll the time

One of my favourites in CranOrange Juice.
Just 100% Orange juice (2/3) mixed with 100% Cranberry juice (1/3).
AVOID THE CONCENTRATE. Its really good and there's antioxidants in the Vitamin C of Orange juice and antioxidants in cranberries. If you want bubbly add a bit of tonic water (only a little though).

Enjoy :)

Ice tea, not the just-add-water-to-powder kind.
Take a tea bag put it in a coffee cup, pour hot water on it and let it seep until a dark dark color.
Add a small amount of sugar (or none depending how hard-core you are) and add it two a glass of cold water (never plastic).

zero calorie gatorade is good. And i can't remember what it's called but there is a term for plain water that been carbonated (sometimes w/ lemon or lime in it) but i don't remember.

Maybe grape juice, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice (fruit juice) and if you want them a bit fizzy/bubbly add some soda water!!! You could maybe have vitamin water but beware alot of them have high amounts of sugar in them!

Water, fresh squeezed juice, smoothies, ice cold water, skim milk.

cold orange juice...all natural
