Drinking water...but I don't like plain water...I don't like lemon in my water either?!

Question: Drinking water...but I don't like plain water...I don't like lemon in my water either?
What can I add to my water so that I drink more of it?

I was drinking about 5 glasses of sprite a day. That's like 550 empty calories a day. (That alone is about a pound a week lost without doing anything else!)

If I switch to something like Crystal Light wouldn't that be WAY better? Going from 550 calories to about 25 calories a day?

I read some stuff here about how Crystal Light isn't good for you or can cause cancer, but I am sure the lab rats they used (or even the chickens) they gave them like 50 times the amount a human would ingest, so I just can't believe that it would be worse for me then soda would be.

Answers:

GET THE THING THAT YOU ADD TO WATER THEY MADE BY WALMART AND THERE IS ZERO CAL AND SUGAR A BOX OF 10 IS LIKE 2.50....THEY COME IT LOTS A FLAVORS

Crusytal light would be better but still not great becuase it is just a bunchof chelical for flavor and sweetening;

Try ANy other citrus, or a slice or two of cucumber. Even a little fresh mint.

Also I am not a bug water person but if it is ice cold I can drink Tons of it.

I'm with you, had to cut out all the soda. I started out drinking CokeZero tocut my thirst, but thaqt upset my stomach. Now, I'm drinking Ocean Spray CranRapberry when I'm really thirsty. It's still got some calories, but it's way better for your kidneys and liver than soda. Try it.

you can also try carbonated flavored water cant be much added if its naturally flavored i drank that when i was pregnant because i craved carbonation and i was trying to stay away from soda. i absolutely hate water.

try salt. it adds flavor and is healthy enough. you could also try propel zero. Not cancer, no calories, cheap-ish, and also not the bland taste either.

Try adding some cucumber slices to your water...it's really refreshing! And has 0 calories and has no after taste like diet drinks do.
