I like using my own cup for getting an ICEE or a fountain drink. I got a 32 oz coca cola restaurant cup that I use. I like it the best when I got coca cola ICEE in it.
Is it better to use my own cup? The stores I go to they use either styrofoam or plastic cups for one use. Do those decompose?

No, but you get charged for them regardless. Some places recycle them though.
