Question: If you could have one last milk shake ever, where would you get it from?

I am at work today and I decided that today at lunch I want to get a milk shake since tomorrow I have to begin following a diabetic diet.
I was thinking Cheeburger Cheeburger, but was wondering if there were any other suggestions I should consider. Normally I'd be fine with a McDonald's milkshake, but this is a special occasion.
