The ingredients don't mention caffeine specifically, just "instant tea" and various chemicals.

The ones I've tried have caffeine. You'll want to take a look at the left side panel of the box (your left, its right) and it should be in red text down at the bottom after the website and phone number.

For example, I have a box of Crystal Light Metabolism+ Green Tea Peach Mango in front of me, and on the side panel at the bottom is says:
