would coca cola be sued if they used the placebo effect substituting coke zero in regular coke bottles?!

Question: Would coca cola be sued if they used the placebo effect substituting coke zero in regular coke bottles?
in a way to prevent obesity

Answers:

If they changed the ingredients and nutritional information on the can to reflect that the can contained zero rather than regular coke they wouldn't be doing anything illegal.
If decided you wanted to sue them because you thought you where being miss-led then that's up to you, but they could easily say they list the ingredients on the can so it's up to you to read it.

Any manufacturer has the right to change their recipes without notice as long as the information on the packaging reflects it.

they couldn't do it anyway, the people that drink coke would notice straight away that it tastes different.
