Half a teaspoon of sugar tastes good in my tea. Sometimes I add the juice of a lemon slice when it's available, such as in a restaurant. Never did understand why anyone would add milk or cream.

If you mean artificial sweeteners, then no. I just use sugar or occasionally honey.
