How long does it take for liquids - like coke - to pass through the body - from the?!

i think its 20 -40 mins thats what doc told me when i went for recent scan

Well the small intestine is about 4 metres long. It takes about 3 hrs. Meaning that coke will push the other liquid you have in the queue so to speak. So the full coke won't exit in one go. It will be faster though if you drink something diuretic, such as caffeine, Berrocca , tea etc. Hence that coke doesn't not take 4 hrs...

I think about a half hour.
