How to prepare a nice and cool drink for a hot and sunny day?

No Alcoholic Items!

Answers:
Ok so instead of having a drink, you can always take a bunch of grapes and put them in your freezer. then about 2-3 hrs. later, take them out (make sure they are cold) and they are perfect on those hot summer days. They give you a nice refreshing thing to eat and they're healthy, too!

water and 3-4 lemons make lemonade!

:Mix in a blender with plenty of ice!

Best easiest and natural is good ole "Sun Tea". You can tell everyone you made it yourself and they'll like that you put a little extra effort into serving them so special. Add lemon for additional flavor or sprigs of fresh mint. Yummy and quite refreshing on a hot day.

slurpee
favorite soda w/ ice the put it in blender

ice cubes fresh orange lemonade and a few slices of fresh oranges you can also use other flavour jucies

Tropical Iced tea is refreshing.

Maybe you should get some lemon tea, put some ice in it and also have somone massage you so youcan be relaxed .
Good Luck :)

I have got hooked on Tomato Juice in the last month. Cool from the fridge and adding Worcester Sauce and Lemon Juice and sometimes Pepper, with a straw, wonderful.

My favorite is mint tea with a little honey.
If you have fresh mint leaves, you can make sun tea:
Place about 1/2 cup of mint leaves into a 1 Gal glass container with a top (or use some tin foil to make a top if you don't have one).
Add cool water.
Set the container into the sun and leave it there for most of the day.
In the evening, the tea is 'brewed' and you can strain out the leaves.
Keep in fridge and pour yourself some during the next day or few.
A slice of lemon also enhances this tea and adds some Vitamin C.

mix ice tea with either lemonade or orange juice

smoothie

1 container of yougart, frozen
same amount of water
same amount of ice
twice the amount of fruit
1 spoonful of sugar
put in blender and mix (you can use the fat free yougart and sweetnlow to make it healthy)
