Answers:
Osteoporosis

Yes Fat!!
as there is too much sugar in them

yes, sodas and juice have sugars, not good for teeth.
water is the best beverage to keep you hydrated.
i don't think you can drink too much water.
and what that soda does to your waist...................

Too much sugar.

All of the above are good answers, and drinking to much soda and not enough water causes kidney stones. I know, I get them once a year or more. I don't drink enough water and have since changed to a diet soda. Took 3 days to get the taste, but no more sugar.

Yes! Sugars are definitely an issue with water gain, fat storage, and teeth can decay if not brushed well after consumption. Be wary, though, of diet sodas as the sodium levels in those are remarkably higher than in regular soda and is damaging to the kidneys and can actually dehydrate you, throwing off your electrolyte balance. Sodium is also somewhat of a stimulant to the bowels... dehydration may ensue if you loosen your bowels too much. AND, the carbonation component can also be damaging to the lining of your stomach!

Also, there has been some disparaging information about artificial sweeteners in larger quantities for various reasons - some as frightening as cancer. One such side effect I have experienced personally, where it disturbs the chemistry of the brain and you start having this odd little sensation in your head... like a little "bzzt" in your equilibrium.

Best rule of thumb is to keep your water intake up as it helps to hydrate your body, flushes out the toxins (including sodium, caffiene and sugars), promoting healthy levels in all areas and enhancing the skin, hair and oral health.
