Why does nesquick powder never mix properly and float on top?!

Question:

Why does nesquick powder never mix properly and float on top?

Answers:
you need to mix the powder with a little hot milk first, let is disolve and than add cold milk, that will work

Honey are you putting the powder in before you put the water? Some of the powdery subtance are mixed while the others just float. I mean think about it...flour and water. Some gets soggy while the other just floats. It takes a while for powder to absorb the moisture.

Because chocolate doesn't melt in cold liquids very well, due to its fat content. Just keep stirring, it will mix after it gets saturated.

I always like to eat that part that doesn't mix up!! I am a chocoholic though.

You should buy one of those hand held battery operated mixers. You can find them at stores like GNC or other health stores because people use them to mix their protein powder. They work very well.

It Does eventually just keep stirring Put the milk in then the power it seems to be a little easier. :)

In response to the comement above also you can buy those battery powered stirrers in £1 Shops :)

I put a little water and then the powder. I mix until it looks like a paste. then I slowly add the rest of the liquid. and mix as I am adding.

shake it

If you want a good chocolate drink use hersheys chocolate syrup, it is the best and mixes very well and taste 100% better :-)!
