i've watched it on food network that you just boil water with ginger on it and add honey to make a ginger drink. it's supposed to be good. maybe you can look it up on food network. i saw it on sweet dreams

if you haven't already just tried searching on the net to see if a specialty food store sells it online, i would try your local Asian grocery store--probably your best bet. If not, go to a Wild Oats or Whole Foods and ask them to special order it for you.
