Why would you want to de seed a pomegranate? it would take you for ever and there would be nothing left at the end of it. You can eat the seeds.
cut it open and go to town
it isn't worth the effort to eat a few seeds that stain your fingers
cut off the top, cut it in half, turn "peel" side up (seed side down) on palm of hand, hold over good sized bowl, tap with wooden spoon on outside(peel)..it will loosen all the yummies into the bowl

You cut it in half, bash it with a hard utensil like a rolling pin or wooden spoon and the seeds will fall out easily. Tastes delicious with freshly cooked lamb or pork. Or you could add the seeds to a salad for a sweet taste.
