Zero calorie drinks?!

Question:

Zero calorie drinks?

I am trying to lose weight and cut back on my diet soda intake, both of which are very hard for me to do. Is there any good zero calorie flavored waters or diet tea drinks that are low in sodium as well as sugar? I tried Aquafina sparkling water (which I loved!) but the sodium count is slighlty higher than I want to drink. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

WATER

Coke have brought out Coke Zero which is the best low cal coke I have had. Diet coke tastes a bit like sucking pennies but Coke Zero actually takes like regular coke.

I prefer green tea, low caffiene and contains antioxidents, also helps to process fats in your body.

good old h2o
or try this new stuff i think it is called WATER

There are many flavored waters out there that don't have sodium in them... Make sun tea, put tea bags in water and out in the sun.. name...Suntea!! I put some mint in with the teabags and it adds a nice flavor. No sun? I have an ice tea maker. Then you can add your own sugar, flavor or nothing!!

I know this probably is not what you want to hear, but really, if you want to loose weight, drink water. Green tea isen't all that bad, but you must not put sugar in it, or that will defeat your purpose. You can add lemon, grape fruit, or orange to your water or tea for a bit of flavor.

If you like lemonade, I suggest you try the generic versions of Crystal Lite (the brand name is super expensive and tastes exactly the same as the cheaper version). You can get the big tube container in the store for less than $2.

I have one of those plaster drink containers with the sippy screw-on lid which is just perfect for sealing up and shaking the powder up. You can also put in as much as you want which is good for me as I like it really strong.

The good news....it has 0 calories, 0 carbs, and 0 sodium.

You. Need. Help.

Yeah, all the major water companies have fruit flavored water now. It's taste pretty good. Sweetened with Splenda.
