Non dairy coffee creamers i.e (Coffee Mate?!

Question:

Non dairy coffee creamers i.e (Coffee Mate?

I've heard that these coffee creamers are artery clogging. Any truth to these rumors? Could they really be that bad for you? If so why are they still on the market for public cosumption?

Answers:
They are very bad for you in several ways. They are loaded with chemicals, and trans fats. Many of the ingredients create scarring in your ateries. This scarring allows cholesterol to more easily attach to your ateries, causing all sorts of problems.

Stick with something natural, like organic half and half.

Here are the ingredients:

Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated vegetable fat, Acidity Regulators (E331, E340, E452), Milk Proteins, Emulsifiers

Can anyone tell me what any of this stuff is? What is glucose syrup? Does that come from the glucose tree?

It has to do with the fats in them, yes it clogs and hardens the arteries, can cause heart attack and stroke.

Yes, they're full of FAT. Try using skim milk or drinking it black.

Well I just checked my bottle of Coffee Mate and it says in each teaspoon there are 20 calories, 10 fat calories, 0% cholesterol. Thats less than milk. Mostly has cornstarch and some milk deritive in it, so my guess is its a load of crap. Maybe if someone chugs bottles of this each day.
As far as the market goes well coffee creamer would have to be pulled of the shelf along with 90% of the stuff thats sold today.

maybe. coffee-mate lite has zero trans fat, zero saturated fat (the bad), zero polyunsaturated, zero monounsaturated fats. zero cholesterol, sodium and only 1% carbs. per serving. and its gluten free. this cream is 50% less fat than the regular.

Take a couple of spoons of this garbage and put them in a dish in the sink - have some water near by. Now, take a match and light the heap of Coffee Mate. Put out the fire and think about this: Do you really want to ingest something that's so flammable?

there are lots of things that are not good for u
and they still sell it
alcohol
cigarettes
