Does anyone have recipes for smoothies with out strawberries or bananas?!

Question:

Does anyone have recipes for smoothies with out strawberries or bananas?

Answers:
This is what I drink every morning:

1/4 C plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 C skim milk
1/2 C 100% juice (any flavor)
6 T fruit of your choice (frozen fruit will keep your smoothie cold)
approx. 1 T honey (put in last)

Put it all in a blender for a minute or so. Makes one regular sized glass - 12-16 oz.

Unlike white sugar, honey is packed with nutrients and works as an immune system supporter. You can add more honey for a little more sweetness, or less honey. Whatever your preference. The honey adds enough sweetness so that it doesn't taste like you're drinking yogurt.

You can make tons of different flavor combinations by changing the fruit or the juice. If you use raspberries or blueberries I recommend blending for 5-10 minutes to cut down the seeds. Strawberrries have softer seeds, and I have never had a problem with them.

yeah its called a "milk shake"

yea ice and like like yogurt and strawberries and bananas

yes

Go to www.allrecipes.com and type in smoothies. You can also omit the strawberries and bananas from the recipes that you have and put the type of fruit you like in instead.

raspberries, rasberry sherber, raspberry gingerale and ice. delicious!!!!!!!!!!!

Orange juice, then Frozen blueberries, blackberries and rasberries . Add some sugar and blend. Taste real good. Can also add frozen yogurt.

You can use vanilla yogurt or flavored yogurt, frozen raspberries or blueberries & sierra mist or something! :)
I like OJ with bananas & strawberry but don't know if it'd blend well with the other flavors. Try diet 7up, Sierra Mist, Sparkling Cider, etc for the OJ. Let us know what you make & how it turns out! Also a little bit of ground cinnamon might be good depending on what flavors you use. Cinnamon is suppose to be good for you & slow the absorbtion of sugar so you don't get that fast blood sugar rise. ?! :)

yogurt(plain or flavored), milk, frozen peaches, frozen mangoes--blend

you could substitute any frozen fruit you want. you could also use fresh fruit but then you ould want to add ice

I like a cup of milk, a cup of yogurt (orginal or vanilla) with mango and watermellon or muskmellon...both are good, well depending what you like..
I love banana and strawberry....

you know what you should try just putting random stuff in the smoothie

I always make smoothies like that

you can use frozen fruit instead of ice and put fruit juice and yogurt and sometimes vanilla and you always get a great smoothie trust me

try mangos and kiwis with skimmed milk.

If you go onto www.yummyfood.net they have some great recipes there that will help x

Yeah make the smoothie like u usually would then add other ingredients or keep it that way

You can use the protein powder of your choice. Put an orange in peeled and ice. Drink right away. You can do a chocolate one with chocalte protein powder and a spoonful of protein powder. I use ice to thicken up my shakes and smoothies. It works you just have to be drinking the smoothie right away.

Use oranges.

1 cup milk
1 cup ice
1/2 small container of blueberry yougurt (or peach or pinapple)
1 cup blueberries (or peaches, or pinapples)
1/8 cup powerdered milk (optional, makes it more creamy)
1 tsp bee pollen (optional)

Blend in blender. Can add your favorite juice or more milk to get different thicknesses.

Combine ice cream of your choice, and any fruit you like and add ice and blend!!! Hope it works out and good luck!!

Use orange juice, milk, apple juice, blue berries, kiwi's, mangos, or any fruit to make smoothies. Go to jumba juice website and see their menu to make up your own ingredients for their smoothies.

half cup ice, 1/4 cup juice ( I prefer Orange ). and what ever fruit you like. I also add a tsp of sugar because I like it sweeter. Then blend. My son likes Mangos, I prefer Peaches but what ever fruit you like is going to be the best with you.
