JUST DEPENDS ON THE PERSON AND HOW MUCH THERE BODY IS USED TO HAVING. 2 CUPS KEPT ME AWAKE THE OTHER NIGHT.
It depends on a lot of factors: if you habitually drink coffee, the strength of the coffee, your size, the size of the coffee....
It's different for everyone. I can mainline caffeine all day and have no effect at all, but I know people who get a rush on one cup.
