Coffee is bad for your health, in most cases. 1 cup, black can speed up your metabolism and help you loose weight. Most of us drink coffee in excess and so its bad for us. Do not use coffee as a meal. It has no nutritional value. Slimfast shakes are better if you wish to drink your meals. Coffee can also cause urinary tact infections, which are not pleasant, trust me.

it makes me poo

I drank coffee when I was in school, and I'm 6'4" now. It doesn't stunt your growth...unless I should have been 7' tall.

KEEPS YOU AWAKE, CAN GIVE YOU THE JITTERS, GO THE THE BATHROOM MORE, HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR HEIGHT.

Coffee makes me pee, and sometimes will make me forget I am hungry. By lunch time I usually have had 2 cups of coffee, 3 trips the restroom and hungry as a hibernating bear.

A lot of caffeine can strip you body of Iron other vitamins, and I find myself craving spinach and lamb more often then most people.

There are a lot of side effects but the main ones are:
1:very energetic
2:It makes you want more and more of it!

it stains your teeth which is gross.

the one you have to know for sure is that it WILL stain your teeth.

A WONDERFUL VARIATION--from the pop world of drinks..
I literally feel I NEED the stuff to get thru the day, man, so it
would seem to be mildly addictive, to say the least...however,
it is a diuretic substance, causing trips to the johnny more
often...and can possibly elevate your blood press....I've
asked to separate G.P. Doctors about this issue and got a
yeah from one and a 'don't worry about it' from the other one..
