Can you use a tea bag twice? If you can't ; why not?!

Question:

Can you use a tea bag twice? If you can't ; why not?

It was just a question that came in my mind when I was making tea!! I said to myself ask Yahoo! before I make mistake and do something I wasn't supposed to do.

Answers:
you can use it again, but each use it will make weaker & weaker tea.

Yes,you can as long as you don`t want your tea stong.

Good question.

If a person drinks weak tea I would think so. MMM tea smells good, yummy yummy lol!

Not to easy to make a mistake here :0)

My parents do, but they like is weak so ti works well. I think it depends on the person.

Sometimes I can't, the second cup comes out too weak. However, if you let your tea only steep onlyl 1 minute, you should be able to use it 3 times.

You can but the tea will be "weaker"

You can use a teabag twice, but the second brewing won't have as much flavor as the first.

Yeah, you can use it until it doesn't saturate the water enough (which you will be able to tell by taste). This is usually 2-4 times.

Yes but the second brewing will be weaker and less flavorful.

Sure you can...I don't though because after using it once it's not strong enough for a second cup.

nopee....i aint fond of weak tea...........

If you take out the teabag after a few minutes, then you can use it to infude many times. But if you are like me, always put the teabag and never take out until I finish the drink, I think it can only be use once. The second times, somehow it has less taste ... I only taste the milk and sugar, and very little tea. maybe because I was using a triangular teabag, but I think it work the same for all teabags.
