What are your guys's views on energy drinks? I have to do a speech and i wanted some opinions. Thanks!

I think most of them pretty much taste like BUTT...unless you put Jager or vodka in them!!!
I personally like couple of them like Red Bull,Rock Star,it gives you a little energy boost when you need it,Good luck on your speech
there a quick energy boost which are based on a very high volume of sugar and in the long run can cause diabites or even migranes if drank late at night. they have no thirst quenching ingredients so are purley for a quick energy boost and when the caffine and sugar run out you are faced with a serious low which is not good if you are at work or even worse taking an important exam.

im usually not a big fan but monster a popular energy drink but kinda expensice has tons of everything do some research on that its like packed full of every kind of sugar and energy vitamin oh and did i mention it tastes great!!!!! it works!!!!
