Especially Coke im drinking a coke and all of a sudden i felt this pressure on my throat not a chocking way more like pain to swallow is this bad?

it can kill rats ! my daddy would put glue traps out with a cup of coke on the end ( in his feed store ) & the rats would drink it & it killed them !
