Answers:
In many areas, stores that sell liquor, will provide "mocktail" recipes.

from the Bartender's Pocket Guide, by Kathy Hamlin

Virgin Pina Colada

90 ml (3 oz) pineapple juice
60 ml (2 oz) cream of coconut
ice cubes
whipped cream
Garnish: pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry

Blend the ingredients with ice until smooth. Serve in a hurricane glass. Garnish with the pineapple and cherry.

The Ontario Liquor Control Board has plenty of recipes on their website.

The same as the alcoholized version, but substitute fruit juice, lemon-lime soda, tonic water, or ginger ale for the booze.

Buy the frozen Bacardi can in the frozen section (near the frozen orange juice) and do what the direction says without the alcohol.

If you are making strawberry daquiris just add the strawberry mix, ice and a little apple juice to thin it out. Put it all in a blender and Waa Laa! A virgin strawberry daquiri! Enjoy! ?

Mix cranberry juice with a bit of fresh squeezed lime juice. Pour into tall glass with some crushed ice & finish with a touch of sparkling water. Garnish with a lime slice or a rim of sugar.

Make mojitos without the rum. Crush lemon and/or lime slices with mint leaves with a muddler. Add sparkling water & simple syrup to taste.

Put some ice in a glass & pour some (1 tblsp.) grenadine syrup over it. Fill glass 3/4 of the way with sweet grapefruit juice & a splash of sparkling water.
