Is Pepsi/Coke bad for you and in what ways?!

Question:

Is Pepsi/Coke bad for you and in what ways?

Answers:
umm im not completely sure but i heard it rots your teeth!

sugar, sugar and more sugar. There are around 220 calories in your average soda. That is about 1/8 of your daily intake. It doesn't leave much room to balance your diet.

Too much sugar can cause diabetes.
The acidity of the soda can cause you stomach problems.

If you have a dirty or rusty penny, try and soak it with Pepsi or Coke overnight.
When you wake up you will be shock of the result. You can then ask this question to yourself by seeing the result of your experiment. Drink water instead, tea, fruit juice, these are much more healthier for you

High sugar content; more calories must be burned to maintain a decent weight.

High caffeine content; no good if your blood pressure is higher than normal.

No nutrients, no anti-oxidants, no nothing. But it does contain water, and on a hot day it's probably better than a beer.

Otherwise, I'll go for the beer. Less calories. No caffeine. Vitamin B if it's a live craft brew.

no ways helps ur abs.

Soda is really nothing but calories with no nutritional value. The acids in soda are also very bad for your stomach, and the carmels/coloring discolors your teeth.

The first thing Weight Watchers does is tell you to drink water and cut the soda. Those empty calories add up quick.

There is no credible evidence (actually disproved on Myth Busters) that Coke or soda will rot your teeth. If anything the increased sugar levels may speed up tooth decay, but over a period of time, not like the myth says.
