How come on certain bottled waters it says..do not refill?!

Question:

How come on certain bottled waters it says..do not refill?

I have always been wondering why it says not to refill it and i always refill my water bottles with more water.

Answers:
Because some plastics release carcinogens in response to material breakdown through repeated washings. That's why the Nalgene bottles have become popular. This problem was identified in the late 90's.

ummm try emailing the water company! i am not sure! hope you find out!

To get you to buy more of their water instead of filling that bottle from the tap

the plastic of the bottles disintegrates in the water, at a very slow process, but it still does.

It says No Refills. The company won't refill it for free.

maybe so people don't get the idea to refill the btls and sell them as which ever coma pay bottle water.

or maybe brain wash you so you keep buying the btls

i think that hey dont want you to fill up empty brands of water bottles because they want you to keep on BUYING new bottles instead of filling up the empty used ones... but im not excactly sure

there are toxins in plastic bottles, after its emptied and mixed with the air it releases these toxins, if u refill the bottles, u will be drinking the toxins

really i never saw that on bottled water...ummm i don't know lol
