How quickly should I use a bottle of drinking water once opened ?!

Question:

How quickly should I use a bottle of drinking water once opened ?

Answers:
4 hours?! If you dont have OCD, I think its ok to drink water past 4 hours of opening. I think the water would be perfectly fine for 3-10 days. Depending on various factors someone else mentioned (ie. if you drank right from the bottle , it would increase the bacteria levels, also humidity, mold levels in your home, etc).
Even if the water is old, I doubt anyone will die from drinking old water....probably upset your stomache a little bit at most. And if youre worried at all, the good thing is, water is CHEAP. Just dump it and buy another one...but it should last at least a couple days as long as you arent rinsing your mouth out and spitting it back in the bottle. =)

within a day.

Depends on whether you are pouring from the bottle, in which case it will last indefinitely; or drinking right from the bottle, in which case throw what you don't drink in 4 hours.

if its kept cool then up to 3 days

Drinking water generally starts to taste funny after it's been opened for more than a few hours. Try to consume it all about the same time. The water is good for you anyway. And anything you don't drink can be used to water your plants. Don't forget to recycle the bottles!

Ummm....water doesn't go bad. Use it whenever.

i would say no more than a couple of days like 2-4 because it can grow bacteria and weird floaties like back was

If pouring and refrigerated and capped... 1 week.

If u drink from it, one day.

It is Water, bottled or not, You can put water in a bottle, place it in the cupboard for 4 mos. and still be able to drink it. Open bottles of water should stay caped when note drinking it, it is the bacteria in the air that makes it taste funny, not the water itself.

for best taste 48hrs.
