Answers:
the state of oregon is one place and some pop can's have it stenciled on their product with a list of state's that do also I think georgia, maine and a few other's are listed it's a state by state program some participate in not all state's subsidize these recycling programs only a few state's care enough about the enviroment to offer this so good luck and save up in my state I go to the scrape yard where they buy my precious metals like alluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, gold, silver and many other non ferous metals, for example alluminum can bring up to 60 cents a pound depending on the market and I've seen it as high as 1.00 dollar a pound the price's change daily and the quntity and qaulity of the product also incresses the value

try the news paper or phone book in your area for the nearist recycleing centers available or online is a good place for reputable metal buyers and recycleing centers

Bring'em on over!!!

usually supermarkets have the machines

check in your yellow pages for recycle centers. you can also recycle plastic bottles and some places will take clean glass products.

It depends where you live. If you live near a Waldbaum's or Stop & Shop you can get money for your cans there.

usually in king kullen if there is one near you or just a supermarket i hope my answer helps you

supermarkets.

If you live in California, there are machines where you deposit your cans and it gives you the money...

your cans must be undamaged (last time I checked) as you place them into the machine.

Do not go to a generic recycling center that recycles paper, aluminum, copper, etc. You have to go to a self-serve recycling place that is usually located in a shopping center and is tied to some grocery store. I have found that this is the best way. They will pay you the full CRV fee that you paid when you bought the items. However, the cans/plastic bottles have to be in somewhat good shape to put through the automated machine that scans the items. If your cans are crushed then you'll have to go to a recycling center that takes recyclable products in any shape and form, but you will not get a full refund on the items. Hope this helps you.

there are only a few states that will give you a five cent refund...... let's think.... NY, ME, CA...... there are a few more. Michigan has a 10 cent refund, but to go there is not really worth it. there was a Seinfeld episode about all this if you want to watch it......
