What drink to serve???!

Question:

What drink to serve???

What is a non-alcholic drink that I can serve at an Italian themed dinner that my sister are hosting for a Valentines Day party?

Answers:
You could make non-alcoholic bellinis!

Take fruit purees (or just concentrated juices) and mix them with sparkling cider in champagne glasses. Tasty and elegant! And very Italian.

grapefruitjuice,bitter lemon,orange/blackberryjuice,
tomatojuice
good mineral water for example, pour votre sante, salute

Non-acholic wine its sooooooooo good and I'm serious there really is Non-alcholic wine

Teachino- makes 4 servings

2 herbal tea bags
1 cup milk

Bring 1 quart of cold water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Steep until the whole pot is flavored, about 3 to 5 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, steam your milk. You can use the steam attachment on an espresso maker, a foamer, immersion blender, or a press. If using a foamer, immersion blender, or a press, the milk should be 100 degrees to properly foam. Pour a cup of tea, add the foamed milk on top, and serve.

Coffee Granita-makes 4 servings

2 cups leftover strong coffee
1/3 cup sugar
Whipped cream in a can

In a bowl combine the coffee and sugar. Mix until the sugar dissolves.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish 8 by 8 square. Put in freezer and freeze until ice granules start to form around the edges. Scrape the swap with a fork. Do this every 20 minutes or so until the mixture becomes and icy slush.
Serve in 4-ounce glasses topped with whipped cream.

Gelato Soda-makes 4 servings

1 pint each raspberry and lemon gelato
1 liter bottle Lemon-Lime flavored sparkling water
Raspberries, for garnish
Mint

Scoop gelato into ice cream soda glasses. Pour soda over gelato. Garnish with berries and mint.

If your goal is to stay consistent to Italian theme, I suggest Crodino or Chinotto.
