Why is there a map of WV on top of Dr. Thunder cans?!

Why is there a map of WV on top of Dr. Thunder cans?

A map of WV with a number 1 inside is on the top of a Dr. Thunder can distributed by Walmart out of AR. Wondering why?

Because that's where Dr. Thunder originated. It was made in WV and developed there, but where it's distributed doesn't matter because it distributes from different places to different places. :] Hope this helps!
