Will the energy drink "Vault" last past the expiration date?!

Question:

Will the energy drink "Vault" last past the expiration date?

I got a can of vault from a friend of mine on new years day (I'm a vault fanatic), and just for fun I'd like to drink it on January 1st 2008.

But will it last? Would it explode? Or just not be fizzy anymore? Or what?

Answers:
It's more of a suggestion then anything the worst that can really happen with a canned drink is that it can go flat. The date on the can is not like 'DRINK NOW OR I WILL EXPLODE' it's more like a 'Hey I'm not getting any younger I suggest you drink me' so dont panic take a sip and see if it tastes good or not. If it doesnt hey just chunk it and grab another.

I'm pretty sure just like any other fizzy drink, it wouldn't exactly go "bad". But it would probably lose its fizz and would go stale like old pop. It might also depend on where you store it. =)

i'm no expert, but i would think there is enough sugar and preservatives in it to last a couple years.

Cans tend to stay good for a long time.
Plastic and glass bottles will leak over time and lose their fizz.

It will be fine.
