Asian countries... such as China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Phillipines... they don't use milk that much because their history is to use oxen to plow the fields... Dairy cows take a lot of room to roam and graze which cuts down on the food growing.

I believe they import a lot of their milk from countries around the world.
