HEALTHY
Just drink a glass of really cold water.. it helps
A glass of plain chilled milk can be very tasty too

I make a lemon concentrate out of lemon juice, zest, sugar and water, then use it as a base for lots of cold drinks. It's good with iced mint tea, seven-up, water, booze, or blended with ice. Plus, try freezing pieces of fresh pineapple. Very refreshing!

Try somthing watery

nothing to beat fresh lime with water salt and sugar. or any other fresh juice wth ice is just fine carbonated drinks are bad for teeth. try the indian lassi.... take curd/yoghurt in your mixer add sugar and ice churn it add required water to make a glass of lassi. most refreshing and cooling in summers 2 tablespoons of curd for 1 glass lassi

non alcoholic mojito

Take a few sprigs of mint and bruise them in your glass
add some lemon juice and a good spoon of sugar. Mix well
add a few icecubes and fill the glass with sparkling water

For the original recipe just add some rum to the mixture
