Starbucks baristas - how do you write a "soy" order on the cup?
I ordered a soy cinnamon dolce latte today, and on my cup order, under milk, the box is blank. The rest of the order has SFCDL (sugar-free cinnamon dulce latte) under Syrup, -WC- under Custom for no whipped cream, and Drink: CDL. If there's nothing under milk, does that mean they got my order wrong and made me a milk latte instead of soy? Thanks, needed to know because I'm drinking it right now and I just noticed, and I'm lactose-intolerant, so...

They marked the cup wrong all the way around. Technically they should put the SF in the custom box if they read their scoop.
But to answer your question yes they need to put an S in the milk box. If you haven't all ready, go back and complain you deserve some free drink coupons!
