What makes a good espresso machine?!

Question:

What makes a good espresso machine?

Answers:
I would say that time it takes to make the beverage, number of shots, and price should all factor in.

Honestly, some of the best espresso's come from one of the cheapest devices on the market, a Bialletti. This is how everyone in Italy makes an espresso.

For a pot that makes 3 shots it should run you between $20-25. Combine that with some Ily espresso grinds or beans and I guarantee you can make as good, if not better, shot than you could with any of those $1000 plus units.

I personally like the stove top Italian style espresso machine. They are less then $20 and taste great. Don't buy the walmart kind.
