Is there a difference between caffiene and natural caffiene?!

Question:

Is there a difference between caffiene and natural caffiene?

My "Nutrient Water" says in the ingredients, 'Natural Caffiene'. Is this just a trick to make it sound healthier?

Well Bryan B, why don't you enlighten me as to the correct spelling of caffiene? Because I don't know because I'm stupid.

Yes. I suppose what they're trying to say is that caffeine is there because it occurs in one of the additives, as opposed to just adding it on its own. But other than that, there's no difference.

i never heard of caffeine being in water. so im guessing that they just want to make it sound healtheir.

What is 'caffiene'? First I though you misstyped, but 3 times probably not.

As pointed out above, it's probably an ingredient that has caffeine in it (tea, coffee, cocoa and cola come to mind).
Another possibility is that they extracted the caffeine from one of those sources, as opposed to manufacturing it in a lab (although I am not sure if caffeine can be made in a lab).
