Caffeine is a diuretic - it makes you pee more liquid out than you drink in. This means that the whole purpose of drinking Sprite (i.e. to quench your thirst) would be wasted.
no, i don't drink caffeinated beverages... in the long run, they slow down your metabolism... i also do not indulge in carbonated beverages as they are harmful to your throat...
