How can I fight the effects of caffeine?
I normally drink decaf cappucino, coffee, and soda. Tonight I tried my cappucino w/ half caffeine and half decaf. Now I am bouncing off walls. What can I do to get this stuff out of my system? I cant stop shaking. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson and am going back to straight decaf only. I only had 3 cups which is my normal amount.

Eating bread and carbs is good, but also drink lots of water to flush it out of your system.
That happened to me yesterday after having 3 Red Bulls, 2 Mountain Dews, and a shot of espresso with sugar...trying to stay awake after sitting in a hospital all day. 3 beers cured the jitters for me!
eat bread, or carbs, the carbohydrates will absob and help to disperse the caffine and their effects. this way your body will be burning the carbs and you wont be just jittery
