Coffee question?
Does plain old instant coffee have as much caffeine in it as a cup made from ground beans? I know they all differ in caffeine content, but how much does the old instant version have?

Looks like instant actually has less. (But ew, why would you drink instant? Gross.)
Probably....but instant coffees taste horrible to me.

I dont notice any difference in caffiene levels. I drink both, on days I'm in a hurry I make instant. And on days I have time to spare I brew a fresh pot.
