Is it true that COFFEE drains VITAMINS off our bodies?!

Question:

Is it true that COFFEE drains VITAMINS off our bodies?

Answers:
Yes, but coffee has antioxidants.

So it isn't as bad as soft drinks like soda that only comtain empty calories and sugar.

Black coffee contains almost no fat or calories and has a very high antioxidant count. It's a very healthy drink, if you're not adding tons of cream and sugar.

Yes! But the worse one is smoking! If you smoke, you must take twice as much vitamin C than non-smokers.

Avoid tea and coffee if you are pregnant with twins. The twins will drain all your iron out. So when you get your iron tablets, you will be told to cut down on tea and coffee as it helps to drain more iron out.

Nope.
Coffee is good for you.

YES

Yes. And note that caffeine is a diuretic, so you need extra water during then day when you imbibe in coffee drinking in the morning. FYI-- It's probably not as bad for you as soft drinks, though. There is too much phosphorous in soda pop, and it sucks the calcium right out of your bones. (Phosphorous is a necessary element to our bodies, but not in that quantity.)

NO

The closest thing is that the caffeine is coffee is a mild diuretic. Peeing a lot could increase chances of losing some degree of water-soluble vitamins.

...I just read that drinking coffee BEFORE a meal is ok... but shouldn't drink coffee or tea WITH a meal. It cuts down on the absorbtion of IRON....Who Knew??

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Women especially need to be careful drinking coffee. A cup or two a day is probably okay if you're getting enough calcium, but some studies indicate drinking coffee can interfere with your bodies ability to absorb it. And since coffee is a diuretic, you're losing more calcium urinating the calcium out, too.

Also better to use sugar than sugar substitutes, same thing.
