Are these doing anything, Sparkiling Flavoured Water?!

Question:

Are these doing anything, Sparkiling Flavoured Water?

Hi, I keep buying these flavoured water bottles instead of fizzy pop, and drink just about one a day!

I only buy three for a week so it's only about three or fours days I drink them daily. What I want to know is if they are the source of me maybe putting on a small amount of weight.

I know I need to go on a diet even though I am 14! But I just want to know if these are helping or hindering?

Answers:
I'm 14 too but fizzy drinks don't seem to be having an effect on me.
They're fat free - or at least supposed to be - and only have a fair amount of calories.
Try flavoured still water instead if you're worried, like that orange and peach Detox water at Tesco. If you're American, I don't know if you'll have them.

dink SOBE's

on the label you should be able to read if there's sugar on the nutrition part ... ingredients lists .. anything ending in -ose
example fructose, sucralose, are sugars ...

if you're only drinking limited amounts during the week it shouldn't be that bad ... but beware some are basically just clear soda and can have as much sugar as soda about 23g+ per 8 oz serving.

Sparkling waters has alot of sodium in them. If you want flavored water u need to drink just the plain flavored not the sparkling type.
you might be putting on some water weight from the sodium.
