Why didn't you just look it up yourself online? The bottom of their webpage says: "Seven UP is a registered trademark of Dr.Pepper/Seven UP Inc.", which is owned by Cadbury Schwepps.
Always quicker and easier to look up factual information yourself, than to rely on others...you see the various answers you got above.
7up is a seperate bottling company from Pepsi Co. and Coke Co. 7up has there own line of soft drink products which include RC, A & W rootbeer and Sunkist Orange and a few others. So I hope that was what you were looking for!!!! :-)
