well, i felt like that before because i stopped drinking soda for about 2 years and when i started again i could drink it cause it made me feel wierd lol. it could be diet soda though. cause diet isn't good. i saw a thing about diet coke where it can remove rust of a wheel, if you soak meat in it for 24 hours it will be like nothing the next day...stuff like that. its not really good!!!

it could be the caffeine

It could be the carbonation, coke is really fizzy. I would recommend a good check up just to be sure things are good.

humm...weird

diet soda is worse for you than regular soda. It jacks up your heart.

it's probably the caffeine if you can drink other sodas and not have the same effect.

try diet pepsi ( the type with caffeine and see if it does the same thing). If it doesn't, then just stay away from diet coke.

your probebley mixing it with something that makes it fiz more

that happens to a lot of people when they drink diet pop. stop drinking it. the aspartame has a shitty taste anyway.

I think it's caused by the chemicals in the soda. There are so many chemicals in it, and that's why younger people shouldn't drink it. It could really mess with your body.

patient: "doctor it hurts when i do this. what should i do?"
doctor: "don't do that."

I love diet coke. But Diet Caffine Free Coke is just has this weird taste that makes my thoat and tounge tighten up. I don't know why. Good question. Maybe because it is so hidious our bodies are rejecting it.

I know the feeling because I suffer from angina and last year I had a heart attack. Since then, my angina became unstable. Besides I'm a diabetic. So if I have some excess sugar, little aspartame, or just a little bit of caffeine, my chest hurts and I get dizzy. It seems I can only use honey to sweeten things up. You should talk to your physician and have your liver, kidneys, heart and stomach checked. It could be gastritis as well, or hiatal rupture. But first of all, take it easy, calm down, as it could be a panic attack too. (these things can kill you, actually, if you are under heavy stress, so first of all try to relax a little bit!)

you probably gatta burp.
