No it is not addictive.& if it is it is not bad for you. It actually helps you become stronger and healthier.Trust me. My cousin drinks it everyday, with almost every meal. & no he is not a baby, he is 17 years old. actually almost everyone in my family in Colombia drinks Milo n most of them r between the ages of 13-68.
