Question:

What age should green tea start being taken? Is 14 too young?

Is it dangerous to drink green tea before a certain age?

Answers:
I give my children, who are ages 6 and 7 green tea all the time. It hasn't harmed them.

No.

It's not harmful... at least not that I know of.

It's actually healthy for you!

Hope that was the best answer. lol

My 5 year old doesn't like veggies, so I give him green tea so he is still getting his antioxidants. I also give him vitamins.

Green Tea is good for you at any age.

Are you kidding?
Green tea is in no way harmful. Coffee is probably not a good idea to give to your kids, because it can really make you an addict, but green tea is only good. Ofcourse in sensible limits, I wouldn't suggest tons of it per day, might get a little unheathy in hudge amounts.

nope i don't think there's a minimun age to take green tea. Japanese kids start drinking green tea at a young age too.

green tea is good for you at any age, but all you have to do is remember all things should be eaten and taken in moderation. also if you sweeten use natural sweetners such as maple syrup, honey etc. the below address is where you can info on teas.

Of course not. It's very healthy for you.

No.
Green Tea is extremely healthy.
It's perfectly fine to be drinking Green Tea at that age.

No, it is supposed to be organic, so it should be just fine... my kids drink it and they are alot younger than you

Green tea has many healthy properties. There is no age range to start drinking it. Where I come from children as young as 1 years old drink it just about everyday. What makes it "harmful" is the loads of sugar that is used to sweeten it.

green tea give u freshness and enrage, it doesn't have any age limited.... go ahead
