How to stop Drining Pepsi?

I love Pepsi and I am addicted to it. I'm trying to eat healther but I still crave pepsi. Does anyone know of anything I can do to stop. I can't stand diet pepsi it taste nasty and Coke is actylley worse then pepsi so can any one help me

You are craving sugar and caffine. You will prob. need to wean yourself down. First, set a limit on the number you will allow yoursef. When you are down to that number, start mixing reg. pepsi with Pepsi one or diet sprite (or Zero). When you get to half and half, try to start just drinking the diet stuff. It will taste so bad you will quit on your own, lol!

Can't help ya with this one- when I was in my teens, I just stopped cold turkey drinking soda. Now (many years later) I have one a day. And one cup a coffee a day- nothing else- I am so bad, no water... Have to start that.

heroin is an addiction. cigarettes are an addiction. crack is an addiction.

SODA is a bad habit, that you choose to indulge. if you want to stop drinking soda, then JUST STOP. don't make some big dramatic mess out of it.

The worst thing you can do is cut pepsi out completely. if you enjoy it, make it serve as a goal. For instance, if you eat healthy for a week, you'll treat yourself to an icecold glass of pepsi. make it something to look forward to. As with everything moderation is key.

You should set a goal...drink your eight glasses of water before you can have a Pepsi. That is what I do, I'm also addicted to Pepsi.

yea... mix a little tabasco sauce in the beverage. it works... really... you'll eventually say it tastes like spicy poo

drink water instead whenever you have the craving...you aren't addicted...just give it up.

I love pepsi myself but don't have it often. Adietician now will
now tell you to give up nothing because you're only goini to set up a craving. Eat the health foods fist and trat yourself to pepsi on the weekends. A glass or two not a 2 litre bottle.

Try the Pepsi One as you try to "ween" yourself off of the Pepsi. Heck, even drinking more water each day and cutting out a can of the pop is a start.
