What is the least bitter brand of coffee?!

Question:

What is the least bitter brand of coffee?

Answers:
Bitterness is not (mainly) a question of brand, but of origin and roast level. The bitterness in coffee is more present in a darker roast, or coffee made from robusto rather than arabica beans. Look for light or medium roast coffee from 100% arabica beans for a more mild cup of joe. Note that diluting the coffee is not the answer. Continue to use one scoop per cup, give or take a bit for flavor. If you use too few beans for the amount of water, the beans become overextracted, resulting in extremely bitter coffee.

french roast. ;)

i am just taking a guess but is it something like folger or some thing, i think the most is star bucks

If you add a 1/2 tea spoon of salt to your coffee grinds it will take away the bitterness

French roast actually taste burnt. My husband and I are hooked on starbucks coffee. Now before I started having to be at work at 4am and they started coming out with all of the great creamers, I hated fresh brewed coffee. I would only get the macchiatos lattes at starbucks. Now I enjoy a cup of coffee at home. We get sumatra and vienna and mix them together. It taste and smells so good. Then suprisingly I only add about two tablespoons of creamer to about a 12 oz cup of coffee. The creamers are fat and sugar free too which is a bonus. Good Luck. But take my advice, go to starbucks and talk to a barrista, they know there coffee and you tell them what you want, they will let you know what to buy. If you don't like it take it back and they will exchange for another until you find the flavor that you like.
