Female bodies are like 80 per cent water. perhaps we need it jack@ss.

because we PEE it out again & again

because we are 80% water.. hmm..

ummmm because we are thirsty?

body is a very active , machine.Water acts as cooling & filtering medium

So we can survive, just like how we need air to breath. It's just part of LIFE.

Water makes up at least 60% of a grown man's weight -- that is to say pure H20 molecules.

The biggest function of the water is to help the blood cells move about your body and do their jobs. There is also water retention in many vital areas within your body, as well as in your fat. This, in an of it self, would not require much water intake as the water remains contained within your body.

Water is also used in many other ways, though. Sweating, crying, and urinating are the most obvious. Urination helps filter out excess nutirients and toxins from your body that need to be flushed out. Sweat helps maintain your body's temperature and skin moisture. Tears help keep your eyes lubricated. There are dozens of other things your body does with water, but these 3 alone should show you why you need to keep drinking.

The more you drink - without sweating or a TON of crying - the more you pee. This is good because it helps keep your filter (liver) cleaned out so that it can work better.

Dear friend

Water is needed for the homoeostasis (maintenance of a favourable internal environment) in our body, besides it's role in digestion and excretion.

These activities continue to take place in our body. This causes the periodic depletion of the water content in our body. Resulting in the continuous need to drink water.

Hope you will have your daily 8 glasses of water from today !!!

We are 80% water, we need it.

We don't have enough water on our planet to drink(we might but we want to save it).We re-use materials(water) and store things to cleaner purification so we can drink it.Sometimes we drink water thats from wells, lakes,or reserves...

Well I could give you a complicated answer like this:

"Water is the substance of life. Life cannot exist without Water. We must constantly be adding fresh water to our body in order to keep it properly hydrated.
The body is comprised of over 70% water. This ratio must be maintained for good health. Water is the most important thing we can put inside our bodies.
It is difficult for the body to get water from any other source than water itself. Soft drinks and alcohol steal tremendous amounts of water from the body, however, even other beverages such as coffee, milk and juice require water from the body to be properly digested.
Water plays a vital role in nearly every bodily function.
Water is essential for proper digestion, nutrient absorbtion and chemical reactions.
Water is essential for proper circulation in the body, and flexibility of the blood vessels.
Water helps remove toxins (acidic waste) from the body, in particular from the digestive tract.
Water regulates your body's temperature, imagine a car running without water in the radiator.
Consistent failure to drink enough water can lead to Chronic Cellular Dehydration. This condition where the body's cells do not get hydrated enough leaving them in a weakened state, and vulnerable to disease processes. It weakens the body's overall immune system and leads to chemical, nutritional and pH imbalances.
Dehydration can occur at any time of the year, not only during the summer months when it is hot. The dryness that occurs during winter can dehydrate the body quicker than when it is hot, one of the main causes being central heating and a dry atmosphere in the home. The other being not drinking enough water. Many diseases such as Cholera are caused primarily through dehydration."

BUT the truth is we drink water because we get thirsty because our body runs out of water because we pee it out because the toilet gets thirsty because it also needs water so it can pee it out to the sea so the sea creatures can swim in the water cause otherwise theyd die and wed die and this is all thanks to the oh-so-lovely God.

[:

because our body contains 75% of water and helps in circulating blood

Any normal adult should drink pure water (excluding coffee or fruit juices etc) at least 3 ltrs a day

It is a must for good digestion and for various body
activities

to piss again and again

Coz we cannot drink the whole amount of water we need in one sip or one mouthful. We have to drink little by little to quench thirst and fulfil the water we need.
