Tea has caffeine but doesn't make me nervous! Especially green tea is very nice and very good for health!

Tea is more healthy because it contains less caffeine and also contains anti oxidants - which are good for you.

Green tea is by far the best of the lot as it has even more anti - oxidants.

tea

Tea any day.

a cup of defac tea without sugar and milk

Tea babe, its the way forward. In fact I'm going to have a cup now.

Tea is better for you, but herbal tea is better than ordinary tea

Tea is definitely better.

I'm sorry to disagree but it's coffee for me!

As I think both are harmful for health because both tea or coffee
having nicotine thats destroy neurons . result slowly you will unable to remember silly things that you did in few minutes before.you want
to know lot more about delicious and healthy food having information about for best restaurants.

Tea definatly,of the fruit variety.

tea, but neither are paticularly good for you.

i love coffee!!

and i hate tea.

but ya, i think tea is healthier; half my family is into the tea trade, so i know too much about all the plus points tea offers - revitalising, not as harmful as coffee.......etc etc

I agree with Bohemian, but the thing is that southern sweet tea is really bad....Have you tasted it?.....its just pure sugar.....
