i always end up just putting WAY too much chocolate in and i know thats really bad. but i like hot chocolate to extreme ammounts.

i personally like the swiss miss double chocolate hot cocoa!! it is really good. i put little marshmallows on top and have it by the fireplace when its cold!! yummy!

hmm i like the ones from archer farms, or mrs. fields. archer farms has a variety. i like the mexican chocolate from arhcers the best.
Godiva Dark Chocolate Truffle is SOOO good. I bought some just the other day, it was on sale on their web site. I've loved it, and always keep some in the house!
Perhaps you should try a brand that is richer to start with. I recommend Godiva.
Ghirardelli drinking chocolate -- it's part cocoa powder, part ground up chocolate, and all deliciousness!

Also, you should probably start each hot chocolate session by reading the instructions on the package! Don't OD on the chocolate.
