What's healthier, a cup of diet pepsi or a cup of whole milk?

I usually only drink deit pepsi, should I switch to whole milk (which is the only type of milk my mom buys)???

So which is healthier over-all, Diet Pepsi or Whole Milk??

Both are not very good for you.

But if i had to choose i guess the whole milk would be a healthier choice. Soda rots your teeth and causes stomach problems

You really should talk to your mom about switching to a 2% or 1% I mean skim is the best but its hard to switch from whole milk to skim.

definately the milk, it has many vitamins and minerals....the soda on the other hand is full of sugar and sodium and will hurt your health in the long run.

Hrm....this is a tough choice. One one hand, you don't have as many calories in diet pepsi as you do in milk. It really depends on if you want calcium or not in your diet. It is needed for your bones to grow/prevent bone loss, but in the end, it will be up to you. You should drink a bit healther, and see if your mom might switch to a different type of milk if you want a different type of milk. I think whole milk tastes the best, but to each their own.

I would go with the whole milk because the diet pepsi does not have vitamins or minerals like milk does. Plus, any kind of soda, whether it has sugar or not, will rot your teeth.

milk! hands down! even though i am a diet pepsi drinker myself.. milk has a lot more vitamins and minerals and all that good stuff for you.. diet pepsi has none.. but you should try and get your mom to switch to 2% milk or skim milk..

milk naturally but it has more calories and it has fat in it, and some people are allergic to it, its a matter of what you think you should do and what you enjoy more.
