Yes they will I always get virgin drinks but they still charge as much as if they put the alcolhol in it.

You will get a lot of recipes to make for you and your friends. {Question 2} Not that I can tell you, Just to be on the safe side always take your id just in case you need to show some to get in. Plus you can ask the greeter if they even make virgins drinks if not then ask for ginger ale, club soda,sprite, ice water,cranberry juice or other juices.
I don't know about cocktails, but I do know that non-alocoholic beer cannot be sold to minors, as there is a trace of alcohol in it. Surprised me.
